We aim to get you package out to you as soon as possible. Please contact us for more information.
We ship across the UK, and we can in Europe depending on location. We cannot take liability for customs.
This depends on what you have ordered (whether it is a custom job), and what shipping method you purchase in the checkout. on average, please allow up to 5 business days for a none custom orders to be delivered. Custom orders can take up to 6 months to complete depending on parts availability, how busy we are, and Cerakote options,

Returns and exchanges
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days before the order has been officially delivered by our courier services. Custom Builds / Bespoke builds cannot be returned or cancelled once started, if you wish to cancel a custom build, you have a 24hr grace period after ordering to contact us regarding your order.
A custom build is any rifle that has been modified by us such as but not limited to - a HPA conversion, Signature Series MTW, upgraded spec AEG / GBB / Spring Rifle
We may offer you an exchange for instore credit, which you will be able to use on other products and services, Credit is considered on a case by case basis, so please reach out to us if you are wanting to have your order considered for instore credit.
if your rifle is deemed 'too custom' or a build that we don't think is viable to be sold to an alternative customer (this would normally be due to the choice of colour or parts used) or we cannot allocate funds/credit for your gun for any other reason, we will sometimes offer to help you sell the rifle, by advertising it on our market place. This service is subject to a fee of 5% if a successful sale is made via our market place.
We try to help our customers who change their mind a little too late, but cannot always guarantee that we will be able to take the gun back. So please consider your purchase carefully before buying.

when Should I contact you
We ask that unless there is an urgent reason that you need to contact us about your order, please try not to unless absolutely necessary. We receive hundreds of messages and calls every day and there are only so many messages we can reply to without interrupting our work schedule (the more time we spend on the phone and emails, the less time we have to build guns!)
