Delivery Information

Our main courier service is UPS, however we may use Parcelforce and Royal mail where UPS' service is not viable. They provide an exceptional service and will deliver our products to you with the upmost care. We offer three levels of delivery: 

• Shipping for non gun stuff (3-5 Business Days)
• Shipping for Guns (3-5 Business Days
• Need it for the weekend (Saturday Delivery)

If you are ordering outside the EU from Airsmiths then this can take up to 4 weeks to arrive to you. The customer is responsible for any custom charges and we do not pay these. If a product is stopped at customs then it is not our responsibility, and we cannot offer a refund. 

Free shipping is sometimes offered for custom orders where a member of staff deems the order eligible and those ordering are within the UK. Free Shipping is sometimes also offered via promotion/discount codes, when free shipping is offered, a standard non express service is used. We do not offer free shipping to overseas or Europe.
